We provide consulting and support services for delegating operational, administrative, and project management tasks. Services are rendered based on each client's specific requirements, according to the signed contract.
These terms establish the rules for accessing and using our delegation services. By accessing the platform, you accept the terms described below.
We provide consulting and support services for delegating operational, administrative, and project management tasks. Services are rendered based on each client's specific requirements, according to the signed contract.
The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. The provider undertakes to respect data confidentiality and to perform tasks with the appropriate professional diligence.
The provider is not liable for any indirect damages or loss of profit caused by the client's improper use of the services. The total liability of the provider is limited to the value of services rendered in the last 12 months.
Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with a 30-day notice, by written notification. In case of non-fulfillment of obligations, the injured party may terminate the contract immediately.
We reserve the right to periodically update these terms. Any modification will be communicated to clients at least 14 days before coming into effect. Continued use of the services after the modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
